TITLE: Senior Global Sales Compensation Analyst
LOCATION: Work from home
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
- Key member of the Total Rewards and Performance Global Compensation team
- Will work on a wide range of compensation projects with a heavy focus in global variable compensation.
- Play a direct role in the strategic planning, design, analysis, and implementation of global incentive compensation programs (including management of sales plans, annual bonus plans, and corporate bonus plans as well as the development of global incentive total target compensation structures).
- Develop communications and training to educate, as well as motivate, employees on the company’s Global Incentive/Sales Compensation plans
- Strategic and hands-on role
- 3+ years of recent/current experience designing and managing sales compensation plans
- 7+ years of compensation and/or compensation consulting experience
- Advanced knowledge of incentive plan structures
- Global compensation experience
- Strong analytical/technical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
