Job Summary:

  • Manages the coordination of employee leave of absence (LOA) programs.
  • Functions as a technical resource and subject matter expert on SAP HR and benefits information and the business owner processes surrounding HR master data.
  • Administers quality control measures to evaluate system updates and monitor HR PBSC staff proficiencies in maintaining HR master data and benefits enrollment records.
  • Serves as the key liaison and Affordable Care Act (ACA) coordinator for the specific tasks supporting compliance with ACA mandates.
Education & Experience:

Education & Experience:

Required levels Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in human resources, payroll, or employee or retiree benefits administration.

Must obtain Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS) licensure, State of Texas authorization to access online services with the Attorney General’s Office, and the ACA Transmitter Designation within the first six (6) months of hire.

Preferred Education, Experience, or Skills: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Preference will be given to experience in government, employee leave management, ACA reporting, and HRIS data integrity management. SAP HRIS experience preferred.
