Job Summary:

This Human Resources Analyst is responsible for assisting HR leadership in the preparation of materials for the EnLink Compensation Committee of the Board and in the administration of the company’s executive compensation program. This includes analytical support, ongoing research, and the ability to present complex data in a concise and meaningful way.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with Compensation Committee process to include maintaining calendar, preparing materials, and providing detailed analysis and supporting documentation.
  • Support executive compensation program by providing benchmarking data, peer comparison through review of proxy and/or other annual filings, and additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Assist with public filings to include Annual 10(k), Form 4, and Sustainability Report by providing timely and accurate data, reviewing market trends to provide recommendations for enhancements, and compliance with all regulations and requirements
  • Administer company restricted stock plan; act as liaison with vendors (service providers, third-party administrators, transfer agent) and internal departments (payroll, finance) while serving as a knowledge resource for employees’ questions
  • Understand nuances of employment agreements and provide analysis as requested
  • Analyze, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of data for all supported plans on a regular basis; proactively identify problems and resolutions
  • Stay up to date on local, state, and federal laws to ensure company compliance with all regulations and tax requirements as it relates to supported plans

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area is REQUIRED
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in executive compensation, to include knowledge of stock-based compensation programs REQUIRED
  • Must have ability to review and understand complex information and present in a concise, meaningful way
  • Advanced computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommended actions based on findings
  • Requires professional judgment, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with various levels within the Company
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple high priority projects
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and produce solutions based on individual judgement and resourcefulness
  • Displays confidence and presence when addressing situations at all levels of management
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Ability to motivate and develop staff and colleagues
