Job Duties:
  • Manages all aspects (development, implementation, and administration) of the company’s compensation plans/programs (i.e., base pay, incentive plan design, executive compensation, job evaluations, salary structure development, etc.)
  • Individual contributor role
  • Reports to the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of broad and deep Compensation experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
