TITLE: Compensation Manager
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
- Manages all aspects (development, implementation, and administration) of the company’s compensation plans/programs (i.e., base pay, incentive plan design, executive compensation, job evaluations, salary structure development, etc.)
- Individual contributor role
- Reports to the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of broad and deep Compensation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic and hands-on mindset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree
