Job Duties:

Develop and run your own Compensation Consulting Firm

Education & Experience:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • Experience in market benchmarking and pay structure development
  • Additional experience in executive benchmarking and incentive compensation design
  • Optional certification as a CCP or other professional accreditation
  • Professional skills in organization, communication, analytics, and presentation
  • The ability to build strong relationships
