Compensation Analyst in the Dallas area

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Compensation and incentive plan design
  • Short and long term incentive design, implementation, and communication
  • Participation in annual compensation surveys, performance evaluation, and merit increases
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on all compensation trends and regulations to ensure that programs and pay structures meet all business needs and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Train and mentor leadership on all compensation philosophy, programs, and processes
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation for analysis, design, and administration of company programming
  • General knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations for compensation practices
