  • Oversee and manage projects related to client compensation plan development
    • Prepare drafts of work plans and proposals
    • Perform batch coordinator duties for online Position Analysis Questionnaire (PAQ) process, including review, analysis, and client communication
    • Develop and distribute market surveys and analyze data for use in plan development
    • Prepare compensation plans; reconcile survey data with job evaluation points; review data for internal equity; develop implementation options
    • Assists with project kickoffs
    • Develop performance evaluation systems; discusses requirements with client; assists with training clients on the use of system
    • Assists with the development of personnel policies; prepares policy recommendations related to hiring incentives, progression through the pay range, career development, etc.
  • Deliver excellent client service as the primary client contact on assigned projects
    • Respond promptly and independently to client inquiries
    • Coordinate, schedule, and attend meetings
    • Train clients on the maintenance of study related documents and systems
  • Travel as required to attend client meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in human resources, public administration, business administration, or related field
  • Two to six years of experience in human resources and/or compensation analysis with some experience in project management
