Executive Compensation Manager/Senior Manager - Remote
Client of HR Search Pros, Inc.

Job Summary:
INDUSTRY: Technology
LOCATION: Work from home
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience

Job Duties: 

  • Key person in the designing, developing, and implementation of the company’s executive compensation programs and policies
  • Will prepare the Annual Proxy Statement
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for the Compensation Committee
  • Individual contributor role
  • Reports to the Head of Global Compensation

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of executive compensation experience
  • Global compensation experience
  • Experience with sales and non-sales incentive programs a plus
  • Lots of experience with IRS and SEC regulations (in particular as they pertain to executive compensation)
  • Experience preparing Annual Proxy Statements, including in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CD&A tables
  • Strong analytical/technical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Lots of experience working with company leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
