Executive Compensation Manager/Senior Manager - Remote

Job Duties:
- Key person in the designing, developing, and implementation of the company’s executive compensation programs and policies
- Will prepare the Annual Proxy Statement
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for the Compensation Committee
- Individual contributor role
- Reports to the Head of Global Compensation
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of executive compensation experience
- Global compensation experience
- Experience with sales and non-sales incentive programs a plus
- Lots of experience with IRS and SEC regulations (in particular as they pertain to executive compensation)
- Experience preparing Annual Proxy Statements, including in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CD&A tables
- Strong analytical/technical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Lots of experience working with company leadership
- Bachelor's degree
