    Brief Description:

    The purpose of the Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst position is to administer compensation, benefits, workers’ compensation, wellness programs, and related human resources information systems, legislative updates, documents, and records for the organization.  It is also responsible for monitoring, and reporting benefits, compensation and wellness metrics, budget, legislative updates and contract management activities.

    • Performs other duties as needed.


    • 3+ years of compensation experience in the following areas: job analysis, job evaluation, competitive assessment, structure development and compensation program administration.
    • Advanced spreadsheet and database skills using Microsoft Excel and Access, required.
    • Experience with Payfactors a plus.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills; Effective time management skills.
    • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding compensation programs.
    • High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
