    1.       Compensation Administration

    ·         Responsible for administering the Company’s approved Compensation Programs to include:

    o    Base Wage Program

    o    Annual Incentive Programs

    o    Performance Based Incentive Programs

    ·         Assist in conducting annual compensation benchmarking studies to ensure SRS is paying market competitive wages

    ·         Ensure all positions are properly classified under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

    ·         Assist with establishing Job Descriptions, Pay Grades, Pay Levels, etc. for all positions

    ·         Develop and maintain all Compensation Plan Documents / Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)

    ·         Assist with the development and reporting of HR metrics

    ·         Analyze existing and proposed programs, policies and practices to ensure they are compliant, competitive, and cost effective

    ·         Reviews salary adjustments to ensure actions are within established guidelines and policies

    ·         Assist with the preparation of Compensation Committee materials

    ·         Generate ad hoc compensation reports by utilizing Workday, Excel, and Access.

    2.       Benefits Administration

    ·         Administer the Company’s Health & Welfare Plans as well as Qualified Retirement Plan

    ·         Acting company liaison to all benefit service providers, carriers, etc.

    ·         Facilitate the delivery of data files to benefit service providers weekly; including error resolution, updating, auditing & testing files as needed

    ·         Responsible for facilitating Annual Open Enrollment to include leading communication approach, employee meetings, HRIS set-up, etc.

    ·         Provides support to employees and partner with carriers on an as needed basis

    ·         Point-person for COBRA Administration

    ·         Administer annual 401k Non-Discrimination Testing Process

    ·         Responsible for ensuring all Form 5500s are prepared in accordance with IRS regulations

    3.       Additional Responsibilities

    ·         Provides analytics and ad-hoc reports for all compensation, benefit and Federal & State regulatory requirements and for internal use

    ·         Prepares and files annual EEO-1 reporting

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborates with compensation team and HR data analyst to conduct analysis as requested which includes compiling, analyzing and summarizing data to create reports and dashboards, and to inform consultative recommendations.

    • Reviews and processes salary actions (merits, promotions, market adjustments, cash awards and incentives) and offers/requisitions via the human capital management platform. 

    • Participates in trend/salary surveys; maintains market pricing tool which includes formatting/loading salary survey data, linking market data to Bank jobs, and maintaining local system parameters (trend amount, data views); conducts second year matching; maintains survey matches; and maintains job description module.

    • Participates in annual salary structure analysis.

    • Participates with annual salary planning, equity and variable pay processes for non-official staff; assists with maintenance of budgets associated with each process.

    • Understand the needs of the team, and partner and develop compensation solutions and associated communication materials.
    • Collaborate and lead aspects of program/process design, implementation, improvement and ongoing administration of broad-based compensation initiatives.  Examples include market pricing, survey management, annual pay planning process, various compensation analyses and administration.
    • Craft and develop formal support materials and facilitate ongoing training to HRBPs on pay policies, practices, and systems.
    • Work with team members to manage ongoing competitive benchmarking process for assigned client organizations, and advise business partners on multiple considerations when determining salary and bonus recommendations.
    • Monitor and analyze external and internal competitive environment to assess market trends, best practices and proactively assess implications. 
    • Manage projects and program execution through development of a project plan identifying key milestones and deliverables.  May function as project lead requiring that milestone and deliverables be met.
    • Work collaboratively with members of the broader compensation team to ensure consistency of methods and applications. Provide project leadership within the broader compensation team.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws governing compensation and incentive practices.

    What you have:

    • 5+ years of compensation experience in a large and complex corporate environment preferred.
    • Experience supporting corporate functions strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Math preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
