    SRS Distribution, Inc. is growing and we are building a World Class HR organization and searching for a Compensation professional to join our team. The Compensation position will be responsible for the administration  of the Company’s Compensation Programs; as well as, leading the way on special projects regarding Compensation. 


    Organization, flexibility, extraordinary customer focus and strong communication skills are essential in performing the duties of this position.   The Essential Duties & Responsibilities of this position will be as follows:

    Compensation Design & Administration

    Responsible for administering and assisting in the design of the Company’s approved Compensation Programs to include:

      • Base Wage Program
      • Annual Incentive Programs
      • Performance Based Incentive Programs
    • Conduct annual compensation benchmarking studies to ensure SRS is paying market competitive wages
    • Ensure all positions are properly classified under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
    • Establishing Job Descriptions, Pay Grades, Pay Levels, etc. for all positions
    • Develop and maintain all Compensation Plan Documents / Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)
    • Design, develop and disseminate reporting of HR metrics
    • Analyze existing and proposed programs, policies and practices to ensure they are compliant, competitive, and cost effective
    • Review salary adjustments to ensure actions are within established guidelines and policies
    • Assist with the preparation of Compensation Committee materials
    • Generate ad hoc compensation reports by utilizing Workday, Excel, and Access.

    The NTTA is looking for a seasoned professional to administer company compensation, benefits, and leave of absence programs.  The role consists of 50% compensation and benefits administration and 50% leave of absence administration.  Reporting to Compensation and Benefits Manager, this role will serve as a subject matter expert in compensation, benefits and leave programs and the central point of contact for the administration of all leaves, which includes but is not limited to FMLA, Workers Compensation, Military Leave, Short- and Long-Term Disability, ADA, HIPAA privacy laws and company attendance guidelines and/or policies.  

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Complete administration of all health and welfare benefit programs
    • Ensure benefit plans are administered according to plan provisions and regulatory guidelines
    • Formulate solutions to solve needs regarding benefits
    • Assist Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst with the administration of benefits processes.  Interpret and explain benefits to new hires, assist employees with benefits questions and issues, assist with planning events and annual enrollment, prepare and release funding files, coordinate COBRA notifications, respond to inquiries, and verify information 
    • Reconcile benefits provider billings and process for payment
    • Provide ongoing compensation and benefits analysis and research best practices

    • Coordinate with HR Generalists on attendance policy violations
    • Complete administration of the Workers Compensation program.  Review and report claims, manage return to work program, prepare bona fide job offers, work with vendors, manage substance screenings and monitor safety compliance
    • Complete administration of ADA processes.  Coordinate legal reviews, and recommend approvals or denials based on legal feedback
    • Serve as a back up to the Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst in the management of data interfaces, retirement plan reconciliations and contribution transmittals, and assist with the development and implementation of employee training
    • Ability to cope with job related stress including but not limited to deadlines, customer, supervisory and staff interactions, multi-tasking and high work volumes is required

    Bachelors and minimum of five years directly related experience. PeopleSoft experience preferred.  JJ Keller FMLA Software experience a plus.  HR Certifications (CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred but not required

    Compensation Analyst

     Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conducts analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance of the company's pay practices.
    • Participates in limited number of salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
    • ·Evaluates job descriptions to ensure content reflects appropriate job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.
