    Compensation Design & Administration

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The NTTA is looking for a seasoned professional to administer company compensation, benefits, and leave of absence programs.  The role consists of 50% compensation and benefits administration and 50% leave of absence administration.  Reporting to Compensation and Benefits Manager, this role will serve as a subject matter expert in compensation, benefits and leave programs and the central point of contact for the administration of all leaves, which includes but is not limited to FMLA, Workers Compensation, Military Leave, Short- and Long-Term Disability, ADA, HIPAA privacy laws and company attendance guidelines and/or policies.  

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Complete administration of all health and welfare benefit programs
    • Ensure benefit plans are administered according to plan provisions and regulatory guidelines
    • Formulate solutions to solve needs regarding benefits
    • Assist Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst with the administration of benefits processes.  Interpret and explain benefits to new hires, assist employees with benefits questions and issues, assist with planning events and annual enrollment, prepare and release funding files, coordinate COBRA notifications, respond to inquiries, and verify information

    • Complete administration of ADA processes.  Coordinate legal reviews, and recommend approvals or denials based on legal feedback
    • Serve as a back up to the Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst in the management of data interfaces, retirement plan reconciliations and contribution transmittals, and assist with the development and implementation of employee training
    • Ability to cope with job related stress including but not limited to deadlines, customer, supervisory and staff interactions, multi-tasking and high work volumes is required
