Compensation Manager - Plano

Job Summary:
The Compensation Manager is responsible for supporting the full breadth Compensation activities at Aimbridge Hospitality. Reporting to the Compensation Director, this role will act as lead team member for the day-today activities of company equity program, compensation analysis, and will be an internal compensation consultant for field and HR partners.
Job Duties:
• Act as compensation consultant for corporate and field leaders and HR partners, and provide thoughtful analysis and recommendation for employee compensation
• Ensure the Compensation team has accurate internal and external data to use for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with team in the maintenance of Payfactors compensation database, including job descriptions, external benchmark jobs, and employee data
• Efficiently and accurately deliver all aspects of long-term incentive transactions, including data management, recording and acceptance of grants, cancellations, terminations, processing, and payment of vesting awards and exercises, and resolution of employee equity issues
• Provide reports to management on plan balances, grant activity, forecast stare pool usage, etc.
• Maintain integrity of all files and electronic databases related to the administration of long-term incentive grants
• Support the Compensation Director in the planning and execution of annual compensation processes such as company merit awards and corporate bonus payment processing
Education & Experience:
• Five (5) or more years of experience in compensation and executive compensation field; international experience a plus
• Experience using Pay factors compensation tool preferred, but not required
• Strict attention to detail with accuracy under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation
• Exceptional financial and business acumen
• Excellent project management and process development skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Bachelor’s degree required
