    Job Summary:
    As a key member of the HR organization at WSI, the Senior Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in helping design and administer our base pay, variable pay and equity compensation programs to ensure we attract, retain and motivate our associates. You will have an opportunity to take the lead with compensation programs company-wide for positions in our retail stores, distribution centers and corporate office.  

    Job Duties:

    • Collaborate and provide compensation services to various groups throughout the organization and our brands
    • Provide compensation consultation and training to leaders, HR business partners, and talent acquisition
    • Use analytical and quantitative techniques to assess sales compensation practices within the organization
    • Assess existing individual job families/groups and make recommendations for improvement
    • Work with our retail stores, distribution centers to assess the competitiveness of pay
    • Mentor junior analysts
    • Participate in annual compensation planning to include preparations in Oracle, data audits, and merit/bonus/LTI recommendations
    • Partner with HRIM on the enhancement of compensation process, system implementation and automation

    • Participate in and/or conduct salary surveys. Analyze and report results
    • Identify issues or disconnects in the existing process but more importantly, recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve problems
    • Stay apprised of relevant compensation laws and regulations to ensure we stay compliant
    • Complete special projects and perform general analysis on an ad hoc basis
    • Operate a computer and communicate via telephone

    Job Duties:


    Primary Duties

    This individual will assist with the design, development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies, procedures, practices, and programs.     Job Duties:
    Leads and/or participates in the implementation and administration of compensation plans, special projects, and policies ensuring they are supportive of the company’s strategic business goals. Act as a key strategic thought leader representing the Compensation team in support of data analytics activities.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with a professional HR/Business Administration qualification or Diploma with equivalent working experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience and subject matter expertise in compensation.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a systems “super-user” preferred Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation preferred for a mid/large size Global organization.

    TITLE: Executive Compensation Principal

    COMPENSATION: Depends on experience

    Job Duties:

    • Key person in the designing, developing, and implementation of the company’s executive compensation programs and policies
    • Will prepare the Annual Proxy Statement
    • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for the Compensation Committee
    • Individual contributor role
    • Reports to the Head of Global Compensation

    Education & Experience:

    • 3+ years’ experience in Exec Comp on the corporate side (ideally 5+ years) at a public company
    • Experience with proxy disclosure: understand SEC rules and requirements of the proxy disclosure tables
    • Experienced with executive benchmarking analysis, survey data submission, etc.
    • Experience with preparing Comp Committee meeting materials
    • Great understanding of equity award agreements as well as accounting and tax implications of equity awards.
    • Experience with stock admin is a plus but not necessary
    • Need a good balance between administrative type and design type of work. The candidate needs to be willing to handle administrative work, such as update Committee meeting calendar, PDF Committee meeting materials, verify Workday data, etc.
    • Bachelor's degree
