About the speaker: Mike McCauley is a Principal for Mercer’s Career Business and is located in Atlanta, Georgia with a focus on incentive compensation plan design and effectiveness. He has consulted and worked for several highly recognized organizations for more than 20 years. Mike’s experience includes managing compensation for large national organizations, and also has experience with broad based compensation strategies, total rewards, organization operations, restructuring and optimization, HR effectiveness and program / process implementation and FLSA compliance. Mike’s competencies include:
- Incentive compensation design, performance assessment, planning, implementation and administration
- Predictive performance / cost modeling, quota allocation methodologies and implementation
- Incentive compensation harmonization post M&A
- Sales Organization and Role Design
Mike has worked across a wide variety of industries including the private and not-for-profit sectors, banking, consumer packaged goods, credit unions, energy, finance, healthcare/hospitals, high tech, hospitality, insurance, legal, manufacturing, retail, service, medical device, pharmaceutical, professional sports and transportation.
Mike holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from Tampa College (Summa Cum Laude) and a BS degree from the University of Kentucky (Cum Laude).
