Featured Speaker: Allison Schrubb, Human Resources Manager at Sendero Allison Schrubb is an experienced Human Resources Manager at Sendero, a Dallas headquartered management consulting firm. Allison received her bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University while also working full-time as an HR professional. She earned her PHR certification in 2017 and has been a member of DallasHR and SHRM for 7 years. Additionally, she was the recipient of the 2020 DallasHR Stars Emerging Leader of the Year award. Outside of the office, Allison is happiest with her husband, Jack raising their rambunctious son, Sawyer, who just turned 2 in February.
