Job Duties
Will lead all aspects of Global Executive Compensation for the company including:
- analyzing current executive compensation programs for market competitiveness
- providing recommendations for enhancements to executive compensation programs
- assisting in the preparation of annual compensation disclosures (e.g., proxy disclosures/tables, quarterly filings, etc.)
- working closely with legal, risk, and finance teams in the development and administration of executive compensation programs and equity program administration
- providing support for the review, design and administration of Board of Director compensation programs
- etc.
- Reports to the VP of Total Rewards
Education & Experience:
- 7+ years of executive compensation experience
- - Excellent communicator
- - High attention to detail
- - Strong analytical and financial acumen
