Job Summary:
The HR Strategic Compensation Analyst will develop and implement key data trends for decision-making, improve department processes, support HR systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
Essential Duties:
- Lead design and implementation of a strategic compensation system focused on teacher effectiveness.
- Support the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) adoption and coordinate strategic action plans.
- Analyze compensation trends, prepare data reports, and monitor grant compliance.
- Collaborate with district leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Contribute to process improvement and HR project management.
Education & Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field; 3 years’ experience in compensation.
- Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HR systems (e.g., MUNIS), and Texas school district compensation structures.
Work Conditions:
- Ability to manage stress, communicate effectively, and analyze data.
- Prolonged computer use, occasional travel, and irregular hours.
