These days, organizations large and small are all competing for the same limited supply of hourly workers. And with hourly jobs, the labor market is unique – it’s both narrow and broad, all at the same time. Determining pay for your hourly positions, so that you can find and keep the people you need to be successful, is not always easy. How are you adjusting your strategy to attract and keep this vital segment of the workforce? Mercer can help! The Mercer Hourly Compensation Tool will revolutionize the way you approach hourly pay decisions. The combination of new, innovative work context lenses, e.g. ‘Deals with External Customers’, for over 3,400 positions from more than 4,700 organizations and 5.4M incumbents and built-in minimum wage data for selected locations at the National, State, County and City level is unlike any other source on the market.
