On May 7th, 2017, WorldatWork awarded NTCA Local Association of the Year for 2016

 

The Local Association of the Year award honors one association in the WorldatWork Local Network for its outstanding support of the profession in the local community and partnership with WorldatWork. The honoree is presented with their award at the WorldatWork Local Network Leadership Conference and honored throughout the year with other points of recognition.

"Our local associations are a vital part of the WorldatWork network and bring to life our goals of learning, growing, and connecting. We are always impressed with the work that they do for their local HR professionals.  This award is our chance to identify one association that has truly exceeded in all of our judging categories. NTCA set goals for 2016 that would increase its education, outreach and mentorship for HR professionals. They enthusiastically met those goals and we salute the association's hard work,"
