Job Summary:
Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Compensation Consultant to provide strategic support and solutions for compensation initiatives. This role partners with HR, Payroll, and IT to implement and maintain compensation best practices and initiatives across the organization. The Consultant serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in compensation, offering consultative, analytical, and technical support while driving training and development related to compensation programs.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, or a related area.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation experience.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
