Job Summary:
As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, the Senior Compensation Analyst supports the design, development, and administration of Celanese's compensation programs. The role involves working closely with HR partners to address compensation issues, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
  • Conduct market pricing and job leveling within the Celanese salary structure.
  • Manage survey data, including participation and uploading into the BetterComp tool.
  • Perform compensation data analysis for market competitiveness and cost estimates.
  • Handle new job evaluations, reclassifications, and FLSA exemption status determinations.
  • Create and maintain standard and ad hoc compensation reports.
  • Support annual merit and incentive cycles.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and document procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of compensation experience; international compensation experience preferred.
  • CCP certification or progress towards it preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
