Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst provides compensation services and consulting support to assigned client groups. The role manages monthly and quarterly store bonus calculations and assists with stock plan administration under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Executive Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bonus Program Administration: Calculate and administer monthly/quarterly store bonus payouts and prepare accruals for month-end close.
- Stock Plan Administration: Prepare restricted stock releases, dividend payouts, and SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, 5). Assist with stock plan audits and reporting.
- Compensation Programs: Support salary survey participation, annual merit cycle, and incentive program administration.
- Client Group Support: Conduct market price-outs, review job requests, and assign salary grades.
- Project Support: Manage vendor relationships and complete ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Education & Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of general compensation experience, with knowledge of compensation laws.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud experience and strong PowerPoint skills.
