Learning is the new employee differentiator, so it is vital for HR professionals to ensure that development is part of the employee experience. But how can HR professionals impact training so that the learning process achieves active employee engagement? That is where a scientific look at adult learning theory comes into play.
In this presentation, attendees will explore how neuroscience and cognitive theory shed light on the learning function. Discussion will also cover how adult learning preferences affect engagement, and attendees will review action items necessary to ensure adequate knowledge transfer throughout their organizations.
