During this two-day course, you will:

  • See the labor regulations that affect employee compensation disputes.
  • Learn the major federal labor regulations that impact specific types of employers.
  • Examine issues related to the FLSA.
  • Explore discrimination legislation as it relates to compensation.


Course Credit Information: This course exam is a requirement for those pursuing a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) designation from WorldatWork. In addition, continuing education and recertification credits are available from WorldatWork, HRCI and SHRM for this course.
