Job Duties:
Develop and run your own Compensation Consulting Firm
Education & Experience:
- 8–10+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Experience in market benchmarking and pay structure development
- Additional experience in executive benchmarking and incentive compensation design
- Optional certification as a CCP or other professional accreditation
- Professional skills in organization, communication, analytics, and presentation
- The ability to build strong relationships
